Who are you accountable to?

when it comes down to it who are you really accountable to?

Its well known that people tends to let themselves off the hook and take it easy on themselves

especially when it comes to diet and exercise.

If you are never really accountable to anyone but yourself then you may struggle when chasing big goals

it always helps to have a third party who you can check in with weekly or monthly and re evaluate goals

and check progress.

this person needs to be reliable and trustworthy and someone you know will be brutally honest with you

as this is what you need to make sure you are progressing properly and not letting yourself off the hook to easily.

It doesn’t really matter who this person is as long as they have the above traits and can hold you accountable

it could be a close friend a family member or even a coach or trainer it really depends on the goals you have and the suppport

networks you have around you.

The first thing you need to do is get clear on your goals and then work form there set yourself targets to hit for your goals

and then you can easily see week to week or month to month where you are at and how far you have progressed this will

also help the person keeping you accountable to know where you are at and help them be more honest with you in relation

to your progress.

If you don’t have someone keeping you accountable then this is for you make sure you use this advice and move forward

set your goals break them down into time frames and find someone who can hold you accountable its amazing what accountability can do.
