Have you ever reached your limit?

not many people ever really reach there limit or train to there limit

most of the time we are held back by what we think is our limit but its actually not

I see this all the time in the gym people life a certain weight because they believe it is enough for them

but really if they had to they could lift a lot more.

we tend to train at a level that is comfortable for us instead of a level that will get us the results we desire

its normal to seek comfort with things in life but often the uncomfortable things are what make us grow.

so before you put a false limit in your head you must find a real limit when you train test it out try and do things

that you would have thought too hard in the past give it your best go and see if you can do it then you will learn your real limits

and be able to push the limits more.

Don’t be afraid to get uncomfortable and do things you usually wouldn’t its a great way to add variety to your workouts and test yourself out

you will also get great results and feel like you can do more and more as you break down barriers that you had in your head.

get comfortable being uncomfortable.
