There are many different types of diet and many different suggestions as to what we should be eating but like anything the research is always changing
and new information is always being found so there is constant change in recommendations.
Some people can eat more carbohydrates then others and function better that way while others need a higher protein based diet or sometimes even a higher fat based
diet can be beneficial for someone.
There are heaps of different types of diets and there is no one size fits all so you need to experiment with your diet and find one that you can stick to
but is also healthy and helps your body perform effectively.
the general guidelines tend to lean towards eating high protein low fat low card diet especially for weight loss but some people really struggle with this diet
and find that they need more carbohydrates so its all about finding a good balance for your body and staying consistent so you can test diets out properly.
If you train regularly you may need a different diet to someone who doesn’t train as your energy expenditure may be more also factors such as your metabolism
will effect how much you can eat so you need to take these factors into consideration.
Experiment with your diet and don’t be afraid to ask for help from dietitians and doctors and even your trainer
