Here are 5 ways to recover faster and train better the next day


1-COOL DOWN- after a workout make sure you take time to slow down and let your muscles get back to normal

eg if your running flat out then don’t just stop walk for a couple of minutes

2-STRETCH- make sure you spend at least 5 minutes stretching after each session especially the muscles that were heavily involved

in the session

3-FOAM ROLLING- Take a few minutes at the end of each session to foam roll your trouble spots like itb and hamstrings

4-NUTRITION- After you train try and get some good protein into your body so you can use it to help rebuild your muscles

5-WATER-After you train and during your session drink plenty of water so that your body can flush lactic acid out of your muscles
