One of the biggest problems people have is that they start exercise and dieting and try really hard then stop for a while and then start again.

I call this the start stop and it is a great way to never really achieve what you want, if you are serious about your goals then make sure you stay consistent with what your doing.

If you are exercising regularly then keep it up don’t do 2 weeks flat out then have 2 weeks off your better being consistent over the year then doing a stint and then doing nothing.

you don’t have to do heaps every week just do an achievable amount regularly so for example working out 3 times a week every week will be better then an unrealistic amount like 10 times a week and you will feel like its more achievable then the other option

So make sure you stay consistent and remember the best results come over time not just through short bursts of effort
