Are you getting results?

so many people go to gyms and Trainers and fail to track or even honestly evaluate there results

There comes a time when you must honestly look at your training and trainer and evaluate what you want

and why you are there.

It is great if your friends with your trainer but you must always do whats best for you with your training

and realise that when it comes to exercise it is consistent training over time that will get you the results you desire.

If you are only training once or twice a week and have goals that require more like 4-5 sessions a week then you need to

be honest with your self and realise that you need to train more and make the changes necessary.

Its easy to blame your trainer or the place you train at but you need to look at your training, diet and consistency before

you make any judgements.

Work on consistency and the right mix of weights, diet and cardio to get the results you desire
